No open roles — but always interested.
We don't post listings. We hire when we meet someone we want to work with, then we figure out the role together. If that's you, drop us a line. The most useful thing you can send: code we can read, projects we can poke at, and a few sentences on what you're looking for next.
Senior people only
We don't have a junior tier fronting client work. The engineer who quotes is the engineer who builds.
Friday demos, every week
Every Friday afternoon we ship working software to clients. No surprises in week 8.
Documentation as deliverable
Code is not done until the runbook is written. Future-you and future-clients deserve it.
Boring tech by default
Postgres, Laravel, Vue, Java. We pick technology that survives production, not that wins arguments.
